Each year, Hospice/VNA holds a ceremony of remembrance honoring the patients that passed
away the prior year. Family and friends are invited to attend as we light a candle for
each person and celebrate their lives and the ways in which they touched our hearts.
For more information about this event,
please call us at 305-294-8812.
